Answers You Need

HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

We can normally callout on either the same or next day to diagnose faults with your broken appliance in Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire areas. Please call us as early as possible to ensure availability for same-day service. We aim for a first-time fix where possible. On the occasion that we have to specially order in spare part(s) to repair your appliance, we aim for a repair completion within 48 hours. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

To keep your repair as low cost as possible, we accept cash and faster payments (bank transfer). Sorry, but we do not currently accept cards or cheques.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?

We source spare parts from our trusted suppliers which include manufacturer directly, as well as the UK largest parts distributors. Parts purchased from us carry 3 months guarantee. 

HOW MUCH DOES A REPAIR COST?

We charge an hourly labour fee depending on the type of appliance. To keep the charges low, after the first hour, our charges are incremental every 15 minutes. If spare parts are required to fully repair your appliance, these are quoted for additionally to labour.
